When choosing your departure time from the resort to the airport, we advise you to choose a departure time of at least 5h before take-off, this is why on each of our options, we provide an approximate driving time for each route. It is your responsibility to add how much time in advance you wish to reach the airport. Remember to keep a safety margin of at least 45 min, because it should not be forgotten that a shared transport may need to make several stops for the other passengers. One must also not neglect the fact that depending on peak season and traffic, driving time can increase significantly. As a general rule, you will need at least 5h between take-off time and departure from Courchevel, Méribel, La Tania, Val Thorens. Depending on the schedule, add 1h for Tignes, Val d’Isère, Les Arcs ….
If your flight is leaving Geneva or Lyon Airports at 2 p.m. on a Saturday, departure time should be scheduled at about 8.30 a.m. to 9 a.m. for Courchevel and 7 a.m. for Val d’Isère or Tignes.
You will arrive at the airport at about 12 or 12.20 p.m.
You will be be greeted privately and an agent will accompany you to the vehicle to put your suitcases in a safe place while waiting for the departure time.
If you were to miss your departure, do not panic, we can still ensure your transfer to your destination on the next available transfer. However, it will be at an addition cost (See General Terms and Conditions of Sale). To avoid such an inconvenience, we advise you to plan your departure time at least 45 minutes after the scheduled landing of your flight.
We will come and fetch you at the address indicated during the booking.
The scheduled pick-up may vary by 30 minutes depending on the different pick-up locations of the other passengers.
If you were to miss your departure, do not panic, we can still ensure your transfer to the airport on the next available shuttle. However, it will be at an additional cost (See General Terms and Conditions of Sale) or arrange for a private transfer at an additional cost; to be paid directly to the chauffeur.
